YOUR NEXT STEPS
How do you get back on track after trauma? The good news is you can unlock your nervous system so you can relax, balance, and feel like yourself again. There is an option besides fight, flight, or freeze: we can also respond with life-giving harmony. Now, more than ever, the world needs us to be balanced and calm and to develop the ability to tolerate, and even resolve, real or perceived trouble. Then, perhaps we can help others regain their own balance and dignity, while continuing to be centered and grounded, ourselves.
Those who take the healing path do so, not because it is easy or always fun, but because the toll trauma takes becomes, otherwise, too great to bear, and because a longing for wholeness demands it. Stepping onto your own path, you can learn to let go into the relief of relaxation. From there, you can accomplish whatever is necessary to integrate what naturally emerges from a more unified mind, body, and spirit. With support and persistence, you can come to know how to recognize and greet the song that is your life.
